Itinerary by Hour

02:00 PM – Hotel Pickup

Pickup from your hotel in Hurghada and transfer by air-conditioned vehicle to the desert safari station.

02:30 PM – Arrival and Safety Briefing

Meet your safari guide, receive your helmet and learn how to control the ATV or quad bike.

A short test drive is provided before entering the desert.

03:00 PM – Hurghada ATV and Quad Bike Ride

Begin your Hurghada ATV tour across the Eastern Desert.

Ride along guided desert tracks and enjoy mountain and desert scenery.

The quad section normally lasts around 45–90 minutes depending on the selected safari program. Current Hurghada tours range from shorter ATV rides to longer two-hour quad experiences.

04:15 PM – Photo Stop in the Desert

Stop at a scenic desert location for photos and a short rest before continuing toward the Bedouin area.

04:30 PM – Bedouin Village Visit

Arrive at a Bedouin-style village or camp and learn about traditional desert life.

Enjoy Bedouin tea and some free time in the village.

05:00 PM – Hurghada Camel Tour

Enjoy a short camel ride through the desert area.

The camel experience is usually brief and forms part of the wider Hurghada Bedouin tour rather than a long-distance camel trek.

05:30 PM – Desert Sunset

Relax and enjoy the sunset over the Eastern Desert mountains.

This is one of the best times for photos and cooler desert temperatures.

06:00 PM – BBQ Dinner and Bedouin Show

Depending on the confirmed package, enjoy a BBQ-style dinner followed by traditional entertainment or an oriental show.

Full Super Safari programs commonly include dinner and an evening show, while shorter 3-hour ATV tours may finish before dinner.

07:00 PM – Return to the Safari Station

Return by quad, jeep or safari vehicle depending on the program booked.

07:30 PM – Transfer Back to Hurghada

Meet your transfer vehicle and return to your hotel.

08:00 PM – Hotel Drop-Off

Arrival at your hotel and end of the Hurghada desert safari.
