4:30–4:50 AM — Pickup from Your Agreed Location

5:20–5:50 AM — Check-In, Balloon Preparation and Briefing

6:40–7:10 AM — Landing and Ground Transfer

7:10–7:45 AM — Return or Continue Your Day

Return times are estimates. Avoid booking a tight airport transfer, train departure or cruise departure directly after the balloon experience.

7:45–8:30 AM — Breakfast Break and Meet Your Guide

Take time to eat, use the facilities and prepare for the walking portion of the day.

Breakfast is at your own expense in the proposed package. If bringing a breakfast box from your hotel or cruise, arrange it the previous evening.

Discuss any walking limitations and decide whether you want to request additional tomb visits.

8:30–9:00 AM — Transfer to the Valley of the Kings

Travel to the archaeological area and prepare for entry.

Explore selected open tombs according to the admission purchased.

10:30–11:00 AM — Transfer and Short Break

Continue towards Deir el-Bahari, allowing time for water and a brief rest.

This is a shorter stop, allowing you to appreciate the statues without turning the final part of the morning into another lengthy walking visit.

12:50–1:30 PM — Return Transfer

Return to your agreed hotel or cruise drop-off point.

Lunch is not included in the proposed itinerary. It can be arranged separately if you prefer to finish the excursion with a meal.
